Lisa, Looking for a family to share childcare with in Spokane 99299 for the 29 October 2018

I am looking for a nanny share for my 2.5 year old son. I work in healthcare and work 3 12-hour long shifts (8am to 8pm) per week. My schedule is not fixed so may have some variability in days, but I am trying to keep it fairly consistently to the first 3 days of the week if I can. I encourage outside play, and avoid screen time with my son, so I'm looking for someone who will continue this and not have the tv or devices going. He's smart and inquisitive and loves to ask lots of questions! He will need meals (I'll provide) and to get ready for bed in the evenings.
