the 19/10/18: I am looking for a nanny share for my 2.5 year old son. I work in healthcare and work 3 12-hour long shifts (8am to 8pm) per week. My schedule is not fixed so may have some variability in days, but I am trying to keep it fairly consistently to the first 3 days of the week if I can.
