Ayala, professional childcare assistant - 90745 Carson

Hello, my name is Ayala. All the children calls me Mrs. Donnie. I am a large license Daycare. I have been running my Daycare for 12 years now. My home is warm and loving. I am a Full 14 Home Daycare, serving also with children with special needs. I have two assistants and one college assistant. My assistants have been with me for over 5 years. I have worked in the Pre School setting before I decided to open up my business. I have a diversity group of children in which I have had since they were 8 weeks old and some were referred by mouth. We go on field trips during the summer and I live by a small park that the children likes to play at. I've been a home owner for 21 years.My backyard is children friendly and they enjoy themselves. In my home I teach the children a lot of hands on and visual activities. My curriculum is a daily for the children besides Arts and Crafts. I also give my children a Christmas party with Santa Clause and all of my parents participate in gift exchange. I also do a Christmas dinner for parents only because this is your night of relaxation. The food is catered and we play games and just enjoy others company, I have Certificates and awards for childcare. I finished my AA degree and is returning back to college to continue up my BA Degree in Child Developmental. My vision with children is to help them reach their highest potential. I have two adult children. I just became a grandma but she lives in New York. I've always had a passion for children. I love teaching the young and letting them challenge their knowledge and to see the excitement on their faces. I am on a Food Program that I use to prepare for Breakfast, Lunch and Snack.
My hours are from 5:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday
