Deletion of your personal data
You can delete your data at any time:
- From your personal area: « My account » > « Settings » > « Delete account » tab
- By email at privacy@topnanny.net
As soon as your request is taken into account, Topnanny.net permanently stops collecting any new personal data about you.
The personal data covered by your request, including data collected prior to it, is deleted and/or anonymised in accordance with applicable regulations.
By way of exception, and in accordance with regulations, certain specific data may be subject to secure and restricted intermediate archiving where a legal or regulatory obligation requires it (e.g. tax or invoicing obligations) or for the defence of our rights in court. Such data is then no longer used for any other purpose.
Your request is processed under the conditions and within the time limits provided for by applicable regulations.
