Rachel, offer a nanny share in Fresno

Hello! We are looking to do a nanny share with one little one similar in age to my son who just turned two this week. However, we are open to a younger sibling. Our nanny has infant experience and would be more than happy to take care of three My husband works from home part time and is out working at his business locations for the rest of the time. I am a school psychologist and work full time. We have our nanny in our home from 715am-5pm mon-fri. We do not have indoor pets, and have one outdoor dog. We do not smoke. My house is clean and picked up all the time. We bought the house last Dec We want to make sure we keep the sitter’s salary at $500/wk for two kiddos. We would want to make sure she is paid $600/week if there are three kids. If the person we share with is only in need of 4 days of childcare/week, we are open to that We never pay less than $500/week right now even if we relieve her a little early on some days. We make sure to do that so she can have an income to rely on. We pay her more if we’re ever late Our nanny is so wonderful and we don’t know how we have been so fortunate. Background and dmv checks were done before she was hired. She has been with my son since he was 7 mo old and has infant experience from her previous nanny position She reads to my son, plays with him. Shes taught him to count and taught him so many words. She is patient and works with him on his manners and on being kind. She is very quiet and gentle; never raises her voice. I appreciate her manner of kindness very much She takes our son on walks In my 2 seater stroller, which will be perfect for a nanny share situation. He goes for a walk with her every morning and afternoon when school buses are dropping off children in the neighborhood. He gets so excited to go out and watch the buses. She is super attentive and loving My nanny will even cook for my son if I haven’t had time to cook and I need her to. She keeps to feeding and nap schedules very carefully. She is SO Wonderful
