Rebecca, offer a nanny share - 90302 Inglewood

Hello! We are looking for a family to participate in a NANNY SHARE with us! We have one daughter, Charlotte, who turned 12 months old this month. We'd love to connect with a family who has a child very close in age. The share would be at our house, nearest intersection is centinela & la cienega. We live on a single family residential street and have a private/secure backyard where our daughter loves to play. We have no pets. Ideal hours would be 1pm-5pm, M-F. Rate would be $220/week ($11/hr. assuming up to 20hrs/week of care). We have successfully participated in a nanny share in the past and now that Charlotte is more active we think the social aspects of bringing in another baby would be great. Our nanny Mary is incredibly warm and nurturing. Charlotte is definitely a mommy's girl (thanks to Covid seclusion) but when Mary arrives she is all smiles and excited to go play and learn with Mary. Mary has consistently taught her new skills. We would be looking to start the share towards the end of November and would hope for a long-term arrangement so Mary and the babies can get in a good routine. Mary and our family have been very careful with Covid and would need to find a family that takes similar precautions.
