Hello! My name is Kaylee , and I am seeking a nannying position. I have worked as a children's camp counselor, and an after-school caregiver, but my most recent experience in childcare was a nannying job caring for a hyperactive 4-year-old (from age 15 months-4 years), and an 11-year-old (from age 8-11 years). I worked for this family for 3 years and absolutely loved my experience with them. I recently worked with them as a traveling nanny for a short time as they moved out of state. I am currently 3/4 complete with my Bachelor of Health Studies, so keeping the children active and off of devices is one of my main goals when caring for kiddos. I enjoy taking advantage of the outdoors as much as possible. Much of what the children I last cared for enjoyed involved making cookies together, going to the park, playing outside in the sand, making homemade play dough; I think keeping it simple is one of the best ways to connect with the kiddos and have fun. I sometimes bring my guitar to work and teach things like the ABCs and days of the week, through song. I do my best to exemplify and instill good values at all times, as I was taught growing up. I am comfortable with meal prep, light housework and pets, and do have my own vehicle, as well as references available. I am also available to start child-care immediately.
I hope the search for a nanny is going well for your family, and if you are interested, please feel free to contact me. Thanks!
Partial / after-school care | $14.10 per hour |
Home nanny | $10.00 per hour |
For part time work, I am willing to negotiate. I do try to ask a higher pay rate so the few hours and drive to and from are made valuable. Full time work, I charge $10 per hour, but would possibly need to alter this rate depending on the number of children being cared for.
