I have 9 years of experience looking after children. To me it's not just a job the children are t little friends I bond quickly and they become very dear to me. I would like them to respect me and love me like an aunty or cousin. I enjoy seeing their little faces light up when we do fun activities and I love to teach them new things. It's important to me to have a relationship with the family as well and clear direct communication is a must as I am almost a third parent!!
