I have approximately 25 years of experience including babysitting, nannying and teaching- and we are expecting our first little one to be born in April!
My husband and I have just moved from NC, so I am looking for my new family to help with nurturing, educated guidance and love. I am happy to come to your home to start if you would prefer, but then am looking to provide care from my home by the end of April. As a firm believer in Piagetian theory (small children learn through play) I believe structure and setting the stage is important. How/what your child plays with can make a huge impact on their intellectual growth and fine/gross motor skills. I normally do not work for less than $15/ hr for up to 2 children in family's home due to expertise and qualifications. If care is from my home I would be willing to charge $10/hr for up to 2 children if full time care ($40 hr/week), or $12/hr if only part time care. $
