Hello, my name is Tia. I am a very positive, nurturing, and energetic, woman who loves to be active and in the presence of children as much as possible. I enjoy being creative while helping children learn and find their moral compass. I have approximately 25 years of experience including babysitting, nannying and teaching- and we are expecting our first little one to be born in April!
My husband and I have just moved from NC, so I am looking for my new family to help with nurturing, educated guidance and love. I am happy to come to your home to start if you would prefer, but then am looking to provide care from my home by the end of April. As a firm believer in Piagetian theory (small children learn through play) I believe structure and setting the stage is important. How/what your child plays with can make a huge impact on their intellectual growth and fine/gross motor skills.
