I would like to pull my 7-month-old son out of daycare, as they cannot seem to consistently follow directions from us for his eating and sleeping. I want an attentive nanny who loves to play and teach, and will not only follow instructions but suggest best practices as we are navigating new stages as new parents. I also want my son to socialize with other babies/kids and possibly have some time outside if the weather is nice.
