the 19/10/18: I am looking for a nanny share for my 2.5 year old son. I work in healthcare and work 3 12-hour long shifts (8am to 8pm) per week. My schedule is not fixed so may have some variability in days, but I am trying to keep it fairly consistently to the first 3 days of the week if I can. I encourage outside play, and avoid screen time with my son, so I'm looking for someone who will continue this and not have the tv or devices going.
