I am a single mother who works in retail management. I have a four moth year old daughter that need a full time caregiver to tend to her needs. I am not looking for a housekeeper/errand runner my hope is to find someone who loves children and will give 100% focused attention to my little one. I am on a budget but since I close one evening a week plus work every other weekend I cannot rely on a daycare center.
