I'm having my baby in May 2018 and I plan on going back to work in July 2018 and I need to find a share care nanny until at least November 2018 when a spot opens up at the infant day care near my house. If I really like the nanny and other family I'm completely willing to keep my child in the same situation rather than move to the Day Care.
