Presentation

I am looking for a nanny to work in my home. I will be working from home and mostly need to do my work during the day but can help ease the transition. My son just turned 1 year old and I have stayed at home with him. I am searching for someone that has training or experience with Montessori or Waldorf education. I would like someone to help him learn through play, do activities and crafts. We have a huge backyard to play in. This position will be Monday-Friday from about 8am-3pm. My exact schedule has not been worked out.
