Brittany, is looking for childcare provider in San clemente 92672 for the 2 May 2017

we currently have a nanny but will soon have to leave us as she is pregnant. She comes to the house and takes care of our 8 month old from 8am - 4pm. We're looking for someone to help share with so our daughter can start interacting with other children but not in a "daycare" setting. Our schedules flex so we need someone that can accommodate when we have to work late or early morning.
When our current nanny goes on vacation or on leave we have a hard time back filling and most of the time have to take off work. Which is not ideal. We would need someone that could help with a back up plan when planning to take time off.
We're looking for someone who will teach, play, read, and be attentive to our daughters needs. This includes helping with napping routines, feedings, learning tools, possible YMCA interactive children classes.
