Eli, family for nanny sharing in Oakland

Hi, My wife and I are looking for a nanny share, for our 10 month old boy. I work full time, but my wife works part time (20 hrs/week) and so we are looking for child care for the 2-3 days my wife is in the office. We are easy going and open to various arrangements; we are willing to host, drop off our son at the other family's house, or split time at both houses. We have a potential nanny that is willing to nanny share, but are also open to using another nanny if the family already has one in mind. Looking to start asap, as our current situation is ending the end of Sept 2024.
