As a current university student with an avid interest in furthering experience in a position that works with children, I am always looking for new opportunities. With previous youth experience gained from coaching and instructing a variety of different basketball programs, I developed and honed the essential fundamentals for self-motivated, energized work ethic that can aid in. My prior experiences with youth ranging in ages from 4 to 17 are adequate and capable of harmonizing in a family setting. As an instructor at RYBL, I have refined my problem solving skills under pressure. This was utilized in situations in which my students presented a behavioural challenge while keeping composure, which can be transferred to working with children at a home setting. I developed interpersonal and teamwork skills with my coordinator, students and students’ parents. Working at Skechers has helped me continue to utilize my communication and interpersonal skills by working with my manager, coworkers and customers. I managed to maintain successful relationships, which I can hopefully create with potential clients.
I have over a year of experience working with children in ages ranging from 4-17.
